Jon is one of the most respected names in New England junior hockey. Prior to joining the Holy Cross NCAA D1 coaching staff, he built the Walpole Express EHL program into one of the top producers of NCAA Division III college players in the country. In addition, he served as the Skills and Skating Coach for the Florida Panthers, a role that saw him run their summer Developmental Camp and work with players on their Springfield AHL roster on a regular basis. Jon also hs served as as a scout for the USHL Lincoln Stars and the NAHL New Jersey Titans. He was named one of the "40 Under 40" in New Enlgand hockey and his business pursuits include Eleven Hockey and GELSTX weighted sports training products. A former Division III All-America defenseman, Jon is one of the top skills and defensive coaches in New England and has trained many NCAA and professional players. He graduated from the University of Southern Maine as their all-time leading defensive scorer and went on to play several years of professional hockey.

Clay grew up in the DMV, skating for the Washington Little Caps among other teams before ultimately playing NCAA college hockey at both the Division III and Division I levels. He has ascended the hockey coach ranks in rapid fashion, starting out at the prep school level with Bridgton Academy then jumping to the Walpole Express of the EHL and ultimately the USHL Lincoln stars. After leaving Lincoln, he served as goalie coach for Connecticut College while also taking over the Stop It Goaltending program in Foxboro, Mass. After a year with Connecticut College Clay accepted a position as goalie coach for Bentley's NCAA Division I program and currently serves as a goalie scout for the Arizona Coyotes. Along the way he has made a point to keep tabs on hockey in the DMV and to provide opportunities for top players here to be seen. Clay coached in both the Team Maryland and Little Caps’ organizations before moving on to Bridgton.

Lennie grew up in the DMV and played hockey for DeMatha High school and Team Maryland. After serving as captain of TM 18U during the 2009-10 season, he went on two play two seasons with Janesville in the NAHL before a four-year career playing for NCAA Division III Concordia University in Wisconsin. After college Lennie served as a USPHL Premier head coach with the Skipjacks and Charlotte Rush organizations before accepting his current position with the Jets in Janesville, Wisc. He has maintained his connection with DMV hockey over the years and enjoys providing opportunities for local players to get exposure and feedback at the Tier 2 level.

Vinnie is another of the most respected talent evaluators in the Northeast, serving as General Manager for the Connecticut Jr. Rangers tuition-free NCDC program since its inception and a scout for the NHL Vancouver Canucks. He has experienced hockey at pretty much every level, having played at Avon Old Farms and NCAA Division III Assumption College while also coaching at the prep school and junior levels. Vinnie also served as the Northeast Manager for the USA Hockey National Team Development Program and was the U.S. Director of Central Scouting for the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He has spent several years with the Tri-City Storm of the USHL as both a scout and Director of Player Personnel.

Jim has taken on head coaching duties for the Connecticut Jr. Rangers tuition-free, Tier 2 entry in the USPHL’s National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) for the past three years, and this year he also will coach the CJR USPHL Premier team. He played four year of NCAA Division I hockey at RPI before being drafted by the NHL Los Angeles Kings and attending training camp. He ultimately played professionally in the ECHL and AHL, helping lead the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies to an ECHL championship.

Jason took over the Rockets NCDC team for the 2018-29 season and nearly took a team that had won fewer than 10 games to the playoffs. He had the team among the league's top five for a good portion of the year, and they battled for a playoff spot right up until the end of the season. Last year, he coached Rockets USPHL Premier and led them to a 36-10-0 record and the No. 4 overall USA Tier 3 national ranking. He also moved more than a dozen players on to the collegiate level, the vast majority of which will be playing for NCAA Division III programs. Better known as Coach Mazzo, Anthony has been a great partner withf DMV Prospects in terms of assisting on the bench with our showcase teams, running DMV holiday skates, scouting and helping with player personnel decisions for Hockey Night in Boston and Team DMV while also providing advice and networking when it comes to prep school opportunities and advice for players in the DMV. He also has provided players from his AM Hockey program to help bolster DMV Prospects rosters at events such as the Predraft Showcase, Chowder Cup and Kings of the East Coast Showcase. Anthony has trained and mentored more than 200 players in New Jersey, placing them at prep schools and at all levels of junior and college hockey, while also serving in a variety of roles the past 10 years. Those roles have included college coaching at the ACHA level, running AAA midget programs for the Jersey Shore Whalers and Mercier Chiefs and scouting for the Jersey Shore Whalers USPHL Premer team, the Youngstown Phantoms of the USHL and the Maryland Black Bears of the NAHL.
