Great News!
For this OneHockey Sanctioned event, any team can play!
To avoid any confusion with USA Hockey, they can choose a different name and wear different jerseys.

OneHockey has been hosting spring/summer tournaments for the past decade that do not require an approved USA Hockey roster. We have decided to carry this idea over into the 2020-2021 season for some events due to the pandemic. How do we do this? In addition to our General Liability coverage, OneHockey has purchases 25K of accident medical coverage for every player, coach, and referee that can be utilized upon exhaustion of your personal medical benefits. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? This means that REGARDLESS of your teams being USA Hockey Rostered OR NOT, YOUR TEAMS & PLAYERS CAN PARTICIPATE in ALL OF THE OneHockey tournaments this season.

If your team has not had tryouts yet, you can gather players to participate that are of the age and skill level of the division you register for. Some teams change their names and even purchase special tournament jerseys to use instead of their in-season jersey. We recommend you check with your organization if you have questions about playing with your team jerseys. You will need to provide the tournament director with a roster that has been reviewed by OneHockey staff, but you will NOT have to provide an approved USA Hockey roster.

Team Fee

AA & A - $1695 USD
A & B 8U - $999 USD

$500 deposit due at registration, balance paid 90 days prior to the tournament.

*  Please note that if you are registering within 90 days of the start of the tournament, you will need to pay the FULL fee.  Check payments are still accepted, but must be mailed within 48 hours of registration. Deposits may be made if you are outside of this window.

*This is a OneHockey INSURED tournament and is NOT USA Hockey sanctioned.

Due to COVID-19, many organizations are unable to hold tryouts or attend USA Hockey sanctioned tournaments, so OneHockey has purchased our own insurance coverage that permits us to operate while providing the player accident medical coverage under our policy.  In addition to our General Liability coverage, OneHockey purchases 25K of accident medical coverage for every player, coach, and referee that can be utilized upon exhaustion of your personal medical benefits.  A USA Hockey roster is not required for this event.

Rosters should be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to start date.

 OneHockey is not responsible for a team fee refund in the event of national or natural disasters or travel complications.

ALL teams must be ready and available to play at 7am the first day of the tournament.
Final games will be over by 4:30 pm on the last day of the tournament.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy for Registrations On or After July 1, 2020.

If any OneHockey tournament is canceled as a direct result of the COIVID-19 pandemic, 100% of your tournament fee will be available as a CREDIT towards a future OneHockey tournament (no expiration).  If you choose to be REFUNDED via credit card or check, you will receive 75% of your total registration fees. Currently applies only to all 2020 events.

OneHockey is a 5-star hockey tournament; we pride ourselves on being very well organized, with a very unique format unlike any other tournament out there. With up-tempo music during all games and throughout the rink, mascots to entertain, we have thought of everything that will ensure that our tournaments are fun!

TOURNAMENT RETURN POLICY: Team deposits and payments are considered nonrefundable. Refunds for full teams will only be provided if OneHockey cancels the tournament or division your team is registered for. Any mistakes made by applicant during the registration process shall be construed against the applicant and may disqualify applicant's team or individual player from a refund. Any and all modifications to OneHockey's Return Policy must be made in writing and signed by applicant AND OneHockey. 

OneHockey tournaments are “Stay to Play” meaning if a player lives outside of a 70 mile radius from the rink, they are required to stay at a participating hotel offered through GameTime Travel and the hotel accommodations must be booked using the GameTime Travel System.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:
OneHockey strongly advises that all teams and players wait to make their airfare reservations until 90 days prior to the tournament when all divisions have been confirmed.  OneHockey reserves the right to cancel a division up to 90 days prior to the start date of the tournament and will not be responsible for refunding airfare or travel costs associated to a canceled tournament or division.
