TRAVEL INSURANCE
 

Since 2021 January and concerned with providing you with quality service, we have decided to change 
insurance companies and offer you insurance which will remain optional but
 which will better respond to the current situation. This insurance will be 
in place for departures from February 2022.

This insurance that we offer through "ASSUREVER" (insurer of travel agencies
 up to 75% of the market) will cover the following risks:

- Health protection: Cancellation for illness declared in the month prior to 
departure in the event of a pandemic or epidemic / denied boarding following
 the temperature measurement / positive PCR test 3 days before departure / Hotel expenses following quarantine

(price of non-refundable insurance and deduction of a deductible depending on 
the case)

Trip cancellation for all justified reasons and “solidarity” cancellation for families
 / Missed flight*/ Air delay*/ Luggage and personal effects*/ Trip interruption 
costs / Individual travel accident / Private life liability abroad / Return
 impossible / Protection health / Assistance to people in the event of illness or
 injury - Repatriation / Medical expenses abroad / Assistance in the event of
 death / Travel assistance before and during the trip.

*NON INCLUDED FOR GROUND SERVICES PACKAGES

This insurance that we have chosen to accompany you during your stay is more
complete and meets the expectations of many of you. 
Some protections of this insurance are not covered by your bank
cards.

You can also download the application on your smartphone, which will help you 
with the procedures if necessary on site.

This insurance is offered to you at the price of 80 € and must be taken out by
 September 30 of each year at the latest.

The following conditions apply to all our travel options

• From 140 days prior to departure ....... 150 EUR per person
• From 110 to 90 days before departure ........................ 25% of the amount of travel*
• From 89 to 45 days before departure .......................... 50% of the amount of travel*
• 44 to 31 days before departure .......................... 75% of the amount of travel*
• Less than 30 days before departure ..................... 100% of the amount of travel*

*insurance price. Deduction of a deductible by the insurer depending on the case

OTHER CASES :

• If a participant does not attend to or abandons a trip along the way, for any reason whatsoever, he or she can not claim any refund. No refunds can be intervened if the participant cannot present the police documents required upon departure.

• If you decide to cancel trip vote because someone in your family that is traveling with you has case No. 1, a deductible price of EUR 300 will be retained.    

TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Warning ! The airports of taxes will not be refunded if the flight tickets have been issued and will have to be retained by the airline. IHT will not be able to repay you.
